Our founder, Segah Güner Öner, has over 17 years of experience in financial management, independent auditing, and strategic consulting. Two of the world’s leading audit firms, PwC and EY, where she provided services across a wide range of sectors both in Turkey and abroad for 12 years.
Over the past five years, she has served as a Global CFO, successfully managing financial systems of a multinational structure, overseeing operations in the USA, Mexico, Canada, and India.
She holds extensive experience in strategic budgeting, global cash flow planning, investment and consolidation management, establishing internal control systems, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and Turkish Commercial Code - TCC), along with audit processes.
Today, Segah is not only a consultant who leads strategic decision-making processes at the CFO level for companies, but also an inspiring mentor to her teams. She approaches each project not just with a financial eye, but also as a business partner who understands the soul of the company.
